[9:50] What are some ways we can get more water into our routine and make it more of a habit?

-Start the day with an 8oz glass of water

-Carry a water bottle or tumbler with you

-Add sea salt to your water to make sure you are properly absorbing the water

[14:30] Don’t chug water right before a meal, it dilutes your stomach acid
