[23:00] Shelby: We’ll have to wait til December to find out the gender of our baby
[23:30] Jess: When you’re thankful, you feel good
[23:56] Jess: I’m thankful for all inner work I’ve accomplished in 2019
[25:00] Shelby: We are human beings, not human doings. That saying has helped me shift my mindset about not having to be doing something to be valuable and loved
